I was given a Sun 3/260 that had been sitting in an open barn for a decade. It is a 12-slot, 9U VME system. I got it running with its CPU board (25Mhz 68020) and a Sun 32M memory board (the 8M board it came with has a h/w issue).
After that people started giving me Sun VME stuff.
