I remember the 4010, which has a flat square screen about 8 inches high/wide,
which I used on a RSTS system. Also a 401x (4019 perhaps) with a MUCH larger
screen, maybe 20 inches wide by 15 high, used for a specialized subsystem of
the DEC Typeset-11 product.
Both are freestanding devices, they have a built-in floor pedestal somewhat
like that of the typical ASR-11 Teletype.
Nice devices. They will do text and vector graphics, and have an input device
using two thumb wheels controlling a cross-hair cursor. I once wrote a game
that uses all that, QUBIC which is 3d 4x4x4 tic-tac-toe.
