Software for the IBM 1130 was distributed on punch cards and mag tape and possibly other media. The VCF/MARCH museum has around 55 boxes of cards. This site have read cards they had and include it with the simulator. Source is in the zip file. http://ibm1130.org/sim/downloads/ Smaller system than ones you listed. I tried to read some of the MARCH punch cards but didn't go well and haven't gotten back to it. Should have pictures from when I was doing this but so far haven't found them. It was a good while ago.
