Kriteria bagus yang saya maksudkan adalah dari sisi administrasi yang tidak
rumit dan cepat respon dan mempunyai kemampuan membantu yang terbukti kalau
ada masalah (kalau cepat respon tapi tidak ada solusi sama saja bohong)
