The shebang of dtlp is /usr/dt/bin/dtksh.
If cde is configured with --prefix=/usr
and an rpm is created, such rpm fails to install
with the error:
nothing provides /usr/dt/bin/dtksh
Make the shebang of dtlp correspond to the
true location of dtksh
