Hi Stefan, Thanks for the info. It's not so much the space on the server, but the potential for high bandwidth to be consumed (up to 11Mb per user per new visit). Maybe this isn't always a problem - it would depend on the specifics.
I guess what I'm getting at is: would it be feasible to assemble a minimal JCP version, call it JCP-lite maybe, that is under 500K total and a single jar file (like JME and MCDL)? It would let a user draw structures and could capture a molfile as output, but not much else.
