Hi Christian, I'm still working on the Murcko Fragments and actually found something in the frameworks for which I'm not sure if it's intended like this. When there are multiple rings systems attached to one chain linker system the total framework does not and up in the list of frameworks. I will attach a sdfile and the resulting smiles file. Can you confirm if this is intended or is it a bug?
