Hellow. I am new in this list.
I am a student of Computing Engineering from University of Córdoba, Spain.
Firstly, I would like to congratulate you for the splendid library we can
use for our research.
I send this mail because we are using CDK in a project. So, we are
interesting in visualize various molecules we have stored in a database. We
have already display them in 2D, but we don't find how do it in 3D, and we
would like it.
In the web of CDK, in "ScreenShots" section, I can see various images in
which I are interested. Thus, I have several doubts:
- How I can reduce de size of the image resultant using the class
MoleculeViewer2D? I would like to reduce this, because it's very high for
our application.
- How I can use the 3D Orbital Renderer? In short, I would like to display
molecules in 3D, but I don't find, like I say before.
- There is any way for interactuate with the images displayed? i.e. move,
rotate, etc, by mouse.
It is all. Sorry for my english and sorry for the extensive and, perhaps,
very basic questions.
Thanks a lot.
