I'd like to reduce the dependencies for users of cinfony on Windows to simply Python, Java and optionally Jython. I think that all the licenses allow it, but would any of you mind if I bundled CDK, OASA, OpenBabel and RDKit (along with about 10 other dependencies) into a version of cinfony for Windows users. As well as reducing dependencies, this would make it easier to include development versions of different packages.
