In particular, the look up of ring system from the template database is broken. Sorry about that... it involved fingerprints, which at some point slightly changed (because of a bug fix elsewhere IIRC), and attempted rebuilds of the fingerprint index failed. It's not rocket science, but no one has sit down enough time to get it working again...
