Hello, I am a new user of the CDK package.
I am building a java program in order to test the Tanimoto similarity between two input files. My program works when the input is in sdf file format. My new goal is to provide pdf files for input. So I want my program to convert the pdf file to sdf before continuing to the similarity checking. Can you possibly provide me with some examples or code on how to make this type of conversion?
