The simplest way is to get the large jar file (either via ant dist-
large or simply download thenightly jar from http://
cheminfo.informatics.indiana.edu/~rguha/code/java/nightly/) and then do
java -cp cdk-svn-20080221.jar
org.openscience.cdk.applications.FileConvertor
