Dear rajarshi, Actaully my problem is that i had used older version (cdk1.0.3) in linux for descriptor calculation and all my models are based on that..now i want to use cdk1.0.3.jar in windows. I am naive in JAVA. so could you help me out as how can i use this jar file or i need to install cdk1.2.5.jar windows version to work in windows.or is there any way i can use cdk1.0.3 in windows in a standalone software manner.
