Hi all, after literally years of work, the main CDK library can draw molecules again:
http://chem-bla-ics.blogspot.com/2011/06/httpchem-bla-icsblogspotcom201106cdk.html (yeah, the URI is a bit weird) Just to make clear, only the second blob of CDK-JChemPaint code now got merged in, but this second blob is enough to render molecules. Other parts of this CDK-JChemPaint patch take care of editing, reactions, and more, and much of that needs further stabilization (your help is most welcome!).
