It is based on 1.4.0.

I will release a new CDK-JChemPaint version really soon, based on 1.4.5.

But 1.4.x is API stable (unless we find very serious problems, which
we have not so far), so upgrading from 1.4.0 to 1.4.5 will be trivial.
