Hi all,

Patrik Rydberg noticed that phdthesis style bibtex information was not
showing up properly in the JavaDoc [0]. It turned out that our build
system is not yet properly recompiling custom JavaDoc Taglet code when
new source code is pulled from the source code repository. That still
needs fixing, but I manually updated those .class files.

Effectively, JavaDoc should now properly include PhDThesis references,
e.g. as in the class JavaDoc here:

http://pele.farmbio.uu.se/nightly/cdk-javadoc-1.5.1.git/org/openscience/cdk/qsar/descriptors/atomic/StabilizationPlusChargeDescriptor.html

While logged in on the Nightly server, I also deleted all javadoc/
folders, fixing the missing stylesheet, so that the JavaDoc for master
now looks in the nice Java7 style too.

Egon
