Sure - but I'd consider the in-memory db default as a way to get things
running quickly, primarily for demo purposes. You'd probably want a
disclaimer that such an install will not handle Pubchem very well :)

As is stands, I don't have time to install Postgres right now, but a demo
in a JAR file would've been nice
