Hi all,

I have just added the API documentation to the CDK github pages. The currently
nightly
(http://pele.farmbio.uu.se/nightly-1.4.x/cdk-javadoc-1.4.18.git/index.html) are
version specific and didn't keep old versions. Made it a bit of a pain to
bookmark and the address was quite verbose.

We'll still have the nightly but to link to the docs (i.e. from a blog post)
these new links will be stable (for as long as github keeps gh-pages) and will
document the latest build (e.g. 1.4.18) at the minor version (e.g. 1.4).

http://cdk.github.io/cdk/1.4/docs/api/
http://cdk.github.io/cdk/1.5/docs/api/ (development)

There should also be a link on the http://cdk.github.io/cdk/ homepage - but
that's still waiting to be processed.

Thanks,
J
