Hi all, I spotted at least two projects in the Google Summer of Code, which have links to the CDK:
1. NRNB where Cytoscape and PathVisio are falling under. Cytoscape and PathVisio both have chemical viewer plugins that use the CDK. They need upgrading to CDK 1.5 and general improvements. 2. ScaffoldHunter also uses the CDK and too is still using CDK 1.4.
