JAR file

instead of building the project from src?

and i have the result shown in the picture but whene i try to execute the
build.xml i have the probleme shown in the second pecturemy question is if iam
in the right way of instalationand if yes how can i resolve the probleme that i
have with ant
notice that i have unstall the ant 1.7.1
we havn't a lot of time if some one can help it will a big pleasure
