Provide a complete package of training and certification for the employees in local businesses. We have a program for certificating people in general office skills that is well-suited to OpenOffice.org called the International Grades in Office Technology. I train people as assessors at no cost to them. It costs $2-$4 for the certification which is done from the website at www.theINGOTs.org. So let's say you have a business with 10 employees. You offer them a 10 week course leading to Bronze INGOT certification at $50 per employee. You provide the software OOo, install it, train them and provide certification and you make $500 (less $20 for the certificates) And they are getting a lot more for less than the cost of the licenses for MS Office. (Not sure of the actual local economy where you are so you might have to adjust the figures a bit) E-mail me if you are interested in this and I'll give you more information. > > 1) Can I charge my customer for distribution on a Cd-ROm > > Yes. > > > 2) How much can I charge for distributing OpenOffice CDs > > As much as you like.
