I represent the Macedon Ranges Computer Club Inc.(MRCC) in rural Victoria,
Australia and would like to respectfully ask your permission to distribute
the Open Office software, on a cover CD to accompany our latest edition club
newsletter.

Please note should you grant permission, there's no absolute guarantee that
the title, for which we've sought permission, will be used on the CD. The CD
will have a flash interface with information on the various packages
presented, along with general club information in html. It's our hope that
members and others alike will freely copy and re distribute the CD to other
private individuals, in its original format as per our disclaimer, thus
further spreading word of MRCC and the work we do.

The CD will be free to anyone purchasing our newsletter for a nominal cost.
This is designed as a promotion, to raise awareness of MRCC, the importance
of home PC education, and to increase memberships within our small rural
community. The Romsey Expo will be held on May 15th, 2005 and is an ideal
opportunity for MRCC to advance and present our newsletter to a wider
portion of the community.

Please be assured MRCC is a registered and incorporated body with a decade
of history in assisting local computer users free of charge. Membership has
always been optional and we find many people who attend our meetings are
keen to become members of MRCC.

I have read and understood the requirement of including a copy of the
licenses with each CD-ROM distributed.

I thank you in advance for taking the time to consider our request and look
forward to what I hope will be a favourable reply.

Catch ya later

Deb Burge
President
