I knew that Chris had updated his web site as we had been working
together to advertise the LCA OpenOffice.org Miniconference, but I
hadn't seen the shop (http://www.openoffice.org.nz/shop.php) until today.

What a neat idea. Offering bulk discounts on a professional looking
CDROM and case or card sleeve.

When talking to public administrations and libraries in Australia about
OpenOffice.org, I found out that the costs are in the cataloguing, and
they needed to be able to record for future reference to purchase a
replacement copy.

I also like on the home page, that OpenOffice.org is clearly stated as
being available as a free download as well as advertising CDROMs for
purchase.

Thanks Chris, for being a great OpenOffice.org Community Distributor.

And thanks to the artists (http://marketing.openoffice.org/art/) that
have made their artwork available to OpenOffice.org to make the
production of labels, covers and sleeves possible.
