Hello, according to last year rules you could include it now, but you
need to follow some rules, look for them on CDROM distribution page at
OpenOffice.org.
If I remember well, you must include the license in a folder, and the OpenOffice.org installer in decompressed way, and you must reffer the suite as "OpenOffice.org" not "OpenOffice" or "Open Office"... if I'm not wrong this is because copyright dispositions.
