This one says the same auction was stopped as it was OEM software.
Can they just move the goal posts like this?
the original statement says "Unautherised copy" as a reason for removal. Now this no longer seems to be the case. and im getting " oh, erm, well. maybe we meant this and that.
The fact remains that i have been warned not to re-list unless or i might lose my account.
So untill they do finally all agree that it is in fact ok to sell Ooo can i still list without fear of losing the company trading account on ebay?
Thanks
Steve

Hello,
Thank you for writing back to us regarding the removal of your listing.
Please allow me the opportunity to assist you further.
Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), or bundled software, is software
that is obtained as part of the purchase of a new computer.
Sellers may not list "OEM" or "bundled" copies of software on eBay
unless they are selling it with computer hardware. OEM software licenses
usually prohibit the purchaser from reselling the software without the
accompanying computer or without any computer hardware.
Again, thank you for your email and please don't hesitate to let us know
if you have any further questions or concerns.
Regards,
Frank Roller
