Go ahead and distribute. Alex Fisher puts CD-ROM distributors on the
"official" web site. Try E-mailing him directly. He is on the list and
you can get his e-mail address from previous posts in the archives

I don;t think there are any freezes, it might just be that Alex is away
or missed your E-mail for some reason.
