Good day i am a sixteen year old living in Malaysia and im interested in
selling copies of OpenOffice.org, my name is Joshua and im studying in Bukit
Bintang Boys Secondary School.. i see that there are already 5 distributor
in Malaysia and all of them have their own companies but i dont think i have
one since we are too young to open one =)

Aim: the amount of people using pirated Microsoft software in Malaysia is
high and the goverment is cracking it down by doing raids and checks. By
selling them a copy of OpenOffice.org for RM20 ($5.55)  they will be able to
own a copy of a free and original software for private or company uses and i
have a partner to give them technical support if they have any inquiries or
problems.

Plan: a single compact disc with the contents of OpenOffice.org installer
inside a tall hard black case with a front cover to be sold firstly to
relatives and close ones to make people aware of this great software that is
underrated. Any problems, inquiries or even a hands on tutorial will be done
by my technical buddy. After this stage we will go into a wider market by
looking for a spot in a Digital Mall where we could sell them in a software
store since we 16 year olds dont have enough money to have our own store. We
are trying to get the official OOo banner as my front cover will that be ok?

Future Plans: Creating a 'readme' sort file in the CD in Bahasa Malaysia (
our local language), look for more places to sell our OOo for a even lower
price with 'dummies' training.

I hope i did in a correct format and sorry its a little simple since this is
the first time im sending an email to someone i dont know and if i did
anything wrong please forgive me, and may i know where can i find ur OOo
official logo/banner for our front cover if you were to approve us selling?
Me and my buddy would gladly receive any form of correction or suggestion as
from you guys because we have little experience marketing stuff and we might
have loads of mistake..
