The simplest way to do this, unless you want to design auto-run menus etc,
would be to use 'data cd' format.

If you are using a write program such as Nero for example, you can put as
many folders onto the disc as space permits.
Suggest that you put the OOo program on, and then add folders such as
'Additional Templates' , 'Accessories', 'Artwork' etc.

All you need to do then, is to enclose a covering note listing the contents,
and an instruction such as:

This data disc does NOT auto-run.
Put it into you cd drive, go to Start, run, browse.
Select your cd drive - usually 'd' and double click.
Change the 'file type view' to ALL.
You can then run programs or open files from here,or you can copy to a
folder on your computer using 'drag & drop'.

(This is based on 'Windows', but anyone on anything else will know what you
mean).

If you have a printer that can print onto cd's, you could of course put the
contents onto the face of the disc, along with your contact details etc. if
you so wished.

Hope this helps a bit.

Note: if you want to send someone a LOT of data, you can also do the same
with a dvd-r.
