May I suggest, as a starting point,that you go to www.openoffice.org home page and select Projects, then Distribution. Then double click on Distribution, use the underlined Distribution link. You can then follow links to various information pages.
You could also copy and paste the following link OR type into your browser : http://distribution.openofice.org/cdrom This will take you straight to the distribution project. Here you can browse via various links to gain more information. You may not be able to get all information unless you register your interest to become a distributor using the 'sign up' button.
