OpenOffice.org do not ship cd's. Cannot immediately give you your nearest distributor, as unaware of your location, suggest you proceed as follows.
Go to www.openoffice.org and then click on the Download button - next to Home, on the top bar. Under the heading Other, double click on CD's. >From here you can search to find a distributor near you.
