There is no law to stop someone putting an advert on ebay saying please
give me money :-). The OpenOffice.org license allows free distribution
so everyone is licensed to distribute and charge for associated service.
In principle if someone said pay me $10 for giving you the information
to download OOo it's not illegal. It might not be strictly ethical but
that is a different issue. The community could try and stop him saying
he was endorsed or representing the community but that is about it.
