Greetings Kevin, Probably the most economical way to do it would be: Buy blank CDs in bulk from a local supplier. Show your students how to download and burn the software onto CD. In the process you can teach them about Open Source Software and the freedoms that the Licenses grant the User. Then you can expand that to include Graphics, Sound Editing, Small Business accounting, desktop publishing.
