CD's can be obtained from community distributors. There is a list on the 
OpenOffice.org website which can be found here:

http://distribution.openoffice.org/cdrom/index.html

Distributors generally charge a small fee to cover producing and shipping the 
CD's. Some also have value added extras that they bundle on the discs.
