I already signed up the mailing lists and also that I am the co-lead of Burmese Language Project. Due to your explanation and information from web, it seems that I don't need any legal action to distribute it in Myanmar. But from OOo 3.0, we need to sign distributor agreement due to LGPL v3.0. Am I right?
