I sussed the listing, and it's all perfectly legal and above board. In fact, 
there is no such thing as "pirate" copies of OpenOffice.org :) simply because 
the licence (Limited General Public Licence, or LGPL) grants the right to 
make copies and to sell those copies if you wish. It (the license) also 
permits the installation of the software on as many machines as you can get 
your hands on :)

The only things we can take action on are breaches of trademark, and this 
seller's listing is quite OK from that point of view.
