Emanuel, Further to our previous e-mail, could you please forward the following details, so that they can be used to try to analyse your problem.
Full version number of the OpenOffice you installed, for example 2.2.1. for windows. Whether you downloaded the program from the OO.org site, or acquired a cd of the same. If you acquired a cd, would you be good enough to give us the suppliers name, and contact details. Your computer details: Operating system - example MS Windows XP service pack 2, Millenium, 98 etc. or others such as Linux. Any current 'office' programs installed - MS Office XP , or whatever. If you downloaded the program, did you run it as you did so, or did you save it to your hard drive/ removable media and then instal from there?
