There are a number of places to get a CD copy of OpenOffice.org, sometimes you will find it on a magazine cover disk.

However there is also a list of Community Distributors on the website, all of whom will send you a CD for a small fee. You can find the list here: http://distribution.openoffice.org/cdrom/index.html#cdrom
