As David mentions there are distributors who sell copies of OpenOffice.org on CD and other media.

An Internet search may reveal some of these, alternatively you can find the nearest to you (or someone who ships worldwide) here: http://distribution.openoffice.org/cdrom/index.html#cdrom

The price should either be clearly available on the distributor's website, or they will contact you with a price promptly.
