To Alex Fisher or Whom it may concern

I work for a charity that runs a number of projects and that owns a couple
of High Street shops, a brief over view of what we do is below. Over the
next few weeks we are to open a computer shop, taking donations of old
computer equipment etc, repairing, wiping and reloading them, making them
fit for sale in our shop. We would as part of our offerings like to be able
to provide OpenOffice to our customers both pre installed and with the disk
should they need to reload the computer themselves (possibly with a small
fee to cover materials and as a donation to the charity).

I am email to find out what is involved in or is required for us to be able
to distribute your CDs and use your logos and marketing materials etc.

About us.

"Tendring Reuse & Employment Enterprise (T.R.E.E.) is a charity providing
volunteer and work placement opportunities for people in the local community
specialising in those with learning disabilities. We also provide work
experience places for those who are unemployed and students still in
education.

We take donated white-goods and furniture and reuse or recycle them. Our
volunteers and placements are trained in refurbishing these items.

Refurbished quality items are then sold at low cost to the general public or
given away free of charge at the discretion of the management. One of the
major benefits of our operation is the reduction in landfill waste.

T.R.E.E. was first established in April 2004. It was developed from existing
projects that were operating in North East Essex, in particular the Tendring
CVS Furniture Scheme. T.R.E.E. identified that although there were several
organisations offering furniture there was no service in place to
accommodate the local community with good quality electrical goods, even
though the public were requesting this. T.R.E.E. decided to fill the gap by
delivering this service and at the same time minimise the amount of
electrical goods that were being sent to landfill.
