Hi - I'm a sole trader from the UK, working on becoming a refurbisher.
I'd like to offer OpenOffice.org in two ways; One, pre-loaded on the systems I refurbish, and two, for a cost, with a printed DVD case & disk; and with clear, legible and simple instructions - primarily because a large amount of my client base are elderly or have learning difficulties. Could you tell me the next logical step in this progression please?
