Is this a bug, or am I missing something:
/opt/cdrecord-1.10a11/bin/mkisofs -graft-points -r -o delme -foo=-foo
doesn't work.
My guess is that for graft points, escaping of '-' (at least in the beginning
of filenames) is needed, e.g. \-foo=-foo
Tested with cdrtools 1.10a11 and 1.9.
