Thanks to all who replied!
It seems that the easiest way to do it is to merge the two TOCs
and use cdrdao to burn the disc with the new TOC.
Since I'm ripping the tracks anyway, I'm not inclined to do it in
any particular way.
I think cdrecord -dao -useinfo *.wav would work equally well, as
Jörg suggested although I'm not familiar with cdrecord to burn
audio files (cdrdao seemed easier in the beginning, now I'm just used to it).
