Sure, xcdroast is not that drag'n'drop and wizard-like, but I think it's still rather userfriendly while still offering all the capabilites of the underlying tools to the user. And it's IMO the most mature tool out there. Well, there are some KDE tools like kisocd which are more Windows-like, but not that mature and feature rich...
