I just upgraded my TEAC DV-W50D to 1.07 (and it worked and works good with
DVD-RW). I used wine to run the .exe to uncompress stuff and then I
booted freedos (www.freedos.org) and run that exe program that did the
upgrade. It worked perfectly.
