I'm receiving some errors for a drive that has been working fine up to
very recently. I don't know if the drive has gone bad, or if a recent
upgrade has cause the problems. I'm running a very current SuSE 9.2.
The errors I'm receiving:
ATAPI device hdd:
Error: Not ready -- (Sense key=0x02)
Incompatible medium installed -- (asc=0x30, ascq=0x00)
The failed "Read Cd/Dvd Capacity" packet command was:
"25 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 "
K3B complains that the media is invalid.
I can burn on these same disks on three other boxes.
Any suggestions/insights would be appreciated.
