xcdroast patch for modern cdrtools versions

Hi,

modern cdrtools versions (at least cdrtools-2.01.01a15 and a16)
don't work with xcdroast-0.98alpha15-P

I have included the tiny patch at the end.
The other thing to be changed is to remove
anything related to cdrecord-ProDVD
which is no longer necessary.
