I am sorry, you are not using cdrecord but a defective fork that in addition
has license and Copyright problems.  

There is no support for this software.

If you like to get help, please upgrade to the legal original software:

ftp://ftp.berlios.de/pub/cdrecord/alpha/

In case of write errors, don't forget to send the

cdrecord -v -minfo

output for the medium before and after the write attempt.
