Chad J has already has done that a while ago, but based on cegcc.  I would
love to see a mingw32ce port instead.  I think gdc already supports MinGW.

IIRC, one of the problems was that our gcc if 4.1 based, while gdc used
something else.

If someone wants to give it a go, I have a forward port of our gcc changes
against 4.3.
