that's the purpose of the CSS. The menu is always:

<ul>
   <li>***
   <li>***
</ul>

with classes. That's all. And they are the same. All the big work is in 
the CSS. I will provide 2 pages to show you the interest. Maybe You'll be 
convinced ;)
