because i have add some lines in "cegcc user profile" (in .bashrc) like
export CC=arm-mingw32ce-gcc
export LDFLAGS="-L/home/cegcc/lib -L/home/cegcc/arm-mingw32ce/lib"
....
to get full wince build environement when i login cegcc session ;)
NOW mingw32ce build successful.
and cegcc too.
but, i get Segmentation fault for "cegccthrd.dll"
